Two ways consent is given

You text us first. When you text (910) 996-3764 to start a conversation, you consent to receive reply messages from Obsoletist, LLC about your question or project.
You hire us. When you engage Obsoletist, LLC, your written engagement agreement includes an SMS consent clause. By providing your mobile number and agreeing, you consent to receive transactional messages about your project. The exact language is below.

I agree to receive transactional text messages from Obsoletist, LLC related to my project, including status updates, scheduling, confirmations, and system alerts from automations Obsoletist operates on my behalf. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

What we send

Conversational replies when you text us first, and transactional messages for active clients. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send recurring broadcasts.

Frequency, rates, and control

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, and you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance.

Your privacy
